Hello, I'm Niley, a multi-disciplinary Product Designer. I use a Human-Centered Design Thinking Process to design innovative products and services. I'm a very passionate person, and I view myself as someone who thinks without limits, never giving up on my dreams, and continuing to challenge myself and others. In addition, I have continued to build my language skills, fluent in Portuguese (Brazilian) and English (a dream of mine), and conversant Spanish.

I'm naturally curious and have always enjoyed experimenting and learning new things. As a kid growing up in Brazil, I never felt I fit in and tried to find comfort in creative things to find myself. I am grateful to have the opportunity to study Graphic Design in Brazil because of the creativity that grows from having few resources and exposure to unique natural elements. Because of this, I feel I see colors and formats with a different set of eyes. In addition, my environment gave me an openness to experiment. Since I was a little girl, something wasn't right about whether objects were uniform or without color.
I was fortunate to have the opportunity to manage large field promotions, and social media campaigns and work with events in diverse cities such as Belo Horizonte, Rio de Janeiro, Denver, Las Vegas, New York, Chicago, Boston, San Francisco, Berlin, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Aarhus, and London. I love traveling and meeting people, for work, or just for fun with my family.
A few years back, I decided to return to school and invest my spare time learning more about UX/UI design, keeping me sane during the pandemic. I love how UX makes me see things from a different perspective and understand how users react to our creations.
Outside of design and events, I love cooking, and hanging out with my two awesome kids, Ben and Clara, and my husband, Thomas. We love going to the park, staying outside, and meeting our friends.
I love to collaborate and look forward to connecting. So reach out, and let's chat!
