Lean Startup Week
San Francisco + London + NYC
Lean Startup Week was seven days of thought-provoking programming around Lean Startup training, specific case studies, hands-on workshops, industry networking dinners, inspiring speakers, and speed mentoring sessions. Lean Startup Week was inspired by Eric Ries' Book: The Lean Startup.
I oversaw Lean Startup Week from 2016-2017. The event hosted  2000 attendees in San Francisco and over 250 attendees in New York and London.
My responsibilities included:
- Visual Design: conference print materials, posters, banners, shirts, support website content, and design system
- Planning and execution of Lean Startup Nights to help promote the conference
- Assist Program Committee in developing and creating a diverse speakers lineup
- Site / Venue Research, Selection and Management
- A/V Management
- F&B
- Budget Management
- Support for the Marketing and Sales Team
- Coordinated Startup Tours at Slack, GitHub, General Assembly, Pivotal, and WeWork
- Planning and execution of the Speed Mentoring Program
